中村俊輔と小野伸二と鈴木啓太とコミュニケーション能力と
って、タイトル長すぎｗ
サッカーの仕事してるわりにサッカーネタが少ないブログですが（笑）、たまにはサッカーネタも、
といっても本質はサッカーネタじゃないっすけど。。。
オシムジャパンっすが、ワタクシはすごく期待しておりやす、ジーコジャパンには
昔のエントリーで書いたとおり、いまいち期待できなかった自分も、オシムジャパンには
期待しておりやす、一押しは中村憲剛です、フロンターレの14番シャツ、なにげにもってます。
すごく好きなタイプのプレーヤーっす。
それはさておき・・・
中村俊輔が選ばれる中、一度も呼ばれない小野伸二。
ボール扱いの才能では、おそらく俊輔に劣らぬプレーヤーなんすけど。
なぜ選ばれないか？
残念ながらトータルの仕事量で見ると物足りない、ってのが理由でしょう。
よく言われる「運動量が足りない」ってのが典型的（あんまそればっか言うマスコミもなんだけど）。
この2人って、すごくキャリアとしてみると面白くて、
大まかには似たタイプのプレーヤーやけど、要所でコントラストがあって。
2人とも２０代前半から嘱望されて、でも2001年くらいから、小野はオランダで
成功し、2002W杯でもプレー。順風満帆。
俊輔は2002W杯ではプレーできず、イタリアへ。フィジカルサッカーに若干苦戦気味。
しかし2004-5年あたりから逆転。俊輔は代表で中心、セルティックで成功。
伸二はオランダから浦和へ、でもサブに降格したり。代表でも控え。
ついには代表にも選ばれなくなり。
中村俊輔ってプレーヤーは、天才というよりは、すごく努力型のプレーヤーで、
コメントを見ても、常に「なにが自分には足りないか？」
「いかにすれば成長できるか？」っていうのを考えてるのがよくわかる。
彼のすごさは、技術ではなく「成長をうながす思考」にあるんだと思う。
小野伸二にそれがないとは全く思わないけど、残念ながら俊輔ほどはないと思う。
（それでも技術はすごいし、いつか代表に選ばれる日がくると思うけどね）
得てして、技術のあるプレーヤーほど、「俊輔的思考」は持たない。
俊輔は技術があるのに、その思考を持つ点が、彼のすごさだ。
鈴木啓太という今代表のレギュラーの選手がいるのだが、はっきりいって彼は技術はないｗ
でも「思考」は優れていると思う。
彼もアテネオリンピックの代表から土壇場でもれて、涙をのんだ。
でもそれから、必死に「思考」し、自分に足りないものを考え、埋めていき、
そして成長し、そして代表のレギュラーになった。
彼のようなメンタリティーはすごく好きだ。

前回のエントリーで、人とのコミュニケーションに関して、カーネギーの本を読んで
改めて感じたのが、
「いわゆる『頭がいい』人ほど、コミュニケーションに関するスキルを軽視する」という点だ。
『頭のいい人』は、論理的思考とか理性にとらわれて、人間がいかに感情にとらわれて生きる
動物であり、コミュニケーションではそれがキーだということに気づけない傾向がある。
そして失敗する、それはかなり『頭のよくない人』であるのだが、それにすら気づけない。
「自分に足りないもの」に気づける能力、それを持つ人というのはおいら的には
「真に頭がいい人」だと思う。
俊輔しかり、鈴木啓太しかり。
